• Customers may reserve up to 10 designs at a time.
• No advance payment is required.
• Reserved items will be held for the specified reservation period.
• Customers are under no obligation to purchase the reserved items.

Lumira Silver reserves the right to cancel any reservation or order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or misuse of the reservation system.

7. Product Weights

Product weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

8. Hallmark & Purity

All applicable jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver and follows applicable purity standards.

9. Repairs & Alterations

Products altered, repaired, or modified by third parties may not be eligible for warranty or buyback benefits.

Customers should follow the recommended care instructions. Damage caused by improper use, chemicals, accidents, or negligence is not covered.

11. Warranty

Manufacturing defects, if any, should be reported within the applicable warranty period. Normal wear and tear, scratches, polishing marks, or accidental damage are not covered.
