Reservation Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Service
Customers can reserve up to 10 jewellery designs at a time through the Lumira Silver website.
2. No Advance Payment
No advance payment is required to reserve jewellery.
3. Reservation Period
Reserved jewellery will be held for 48 hours from the time of confirmation unless otherwise specified. If not collected within this period, the reservation may be cancelled automatically.
4. Try Before You Buy
Customers are welcome to visit the selected Lumira Silver store to view and try their reserved jewellery.
5. No Obligation to Purchase
Making a reservation does not create any obligation to purchase. Customers are free to buy only the jewellery they like.
6. Product Availability
While we make every effort to reserve the selected jewellery, availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Lumira Silver reserves the right to cancel the reservation and inform the customer.
7. Reservation Limit
Each customer may reserve a maximum of 10 designs at one time.
8. Store Visit
Reservations can be viewed and tried only at the Lumira Silver store selected during the reservation process.
9. Product Images
Product photographs are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour, size, finish, or appearance may occur.
10. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice until the purchase is completed.
11. Buyback Policy
The 75% Buyback on Invoice Value is subject to Lumira Silver's Buyback Policy and applicable terms at the time of exchange.
12. Misuse of Reservation Service
Lumira Silver reserves the right to cancel reservations or restrict future reservations in cases of repeated no-shows, misuse of the reservation system, or fraudulent activity.
13. Changes to Terms
Lumira Silver may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
